Payment Options

We require a 30% deposit to begin processing an order. Payment can be made by any of the following means:cheque/money order/visa/bank transfer (please contact us for details). Once your order is ready to be dispatched we contact you to arrange balance to be settled and confirmation of delivery address. We also offer payment by instalments over an agreed period of time (please contact us for further details).

Finger Size

We pay special attention to this part of the ordering process and we work with you to ensure a perfect fit. We can arrange for a finger sizer to be sent to you upon request. NB We offer a free resizing service for the first 6 months after purchase. This is a unique service we offer and it allows our customers time to get used to the ring. After the 6 month period we charge a minimal amount for resizing. We remain commited to our after care service, no matter how many years have passed since the original purchase.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange service and a 14 day money back guarantee (excludes stone set rings and custom made rings).

The Ordering Process

Most of our rings in our collection can be delivered to you within four weeks. Specialised orders such as stone set rings may take a little longer. If the ring is needed urgently we can often make it up in as little as one week. Once the deposit has been processed we send you a letter outlining the ordering process and we provide you with an estimated delivery date. Accompanying the letter is the invoice with payment receipts attached. As soon as your order is complete we contact you to finalise payment and confirm delivery address. We request that you supply us with an address at which the order can be securely received as a signature is always necessary. There is no delivery charge and item includes transit insurance. From thereon the Celtic Origins customer service does not end! We contact you, after you have received the ring/s as a follow up service to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
